We only use the highest quality ingredients for our Mackinac-style fudge, including real butter, cream, sugar, cocoa, and peanut butter. The fudge is stirred slowly in our copper kettle then poured on a marble table and worked up with paddles to create a creamy and smooth fudge texture before it is sliced.
